The content calendar is the central hub for planning and managing all of your social media posts. It provides a visual overview of your content, helping you stay organized and maintain a consistent publishing schedule. Here's how to make the most of it.
1. Access the Content Calendar
Click the Calendar icon in the left-side menu.
2. View Your Scheduled Posts
The calendar defaults to Month View, showing an overview of all scheduled and published posts in this month.
Each day displays a Post preview, allowing you to see whatβs planned at a glance.
3. Preview Post Details
Hover over to open the a pop-up card with details, including:
β³ Status: Posted, Draft, Scheduled, or Failed.
π Date: Displays the scheduled or posted date and time.
π€ Member: Shows the team member responsible for the post, helping track ownership.
π·οΈ Tags: Lists any associated tags to keep posts organized.
π’ Social Channels: Displays the platforms where the post is scheduled or published (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn).
4. Track Post Statuses
Quickly check the status of each post within the calendar:
β Posted β Successfully published.
π Draft β Saved but not scheduled.
π Scheduled β Set to publish at a future date.
β οΈ Failed β An issue occurred during posting.
5. Take Action on Posts
From the pop-up card, you can:
π View Post β Open the published post on its platform.
π Duplicate β Copy the post as another Draft for reuse.
π Switch Socials β Change the Social channel you are viewing the post.
π·οΈ Edit Tags β Add tags for better organization.
π₯ Check Teammates β See if the post is assigned to a team member.
6. Managing Multiple Posts Per Day
If multiple posts are scheduled on the same day, the calendar will display βShow more posts.β
Click it to view all posts scheduled for that day.
7. Navigate Through Dates
Click the < or > arrows next to the Today button to move between past and future dates.
8. Switch Between Calendar Views
Choose a view that best suits your content planning:
ποΈ Month View β Overview of all posts for the month.
π Week View β Detailed breakdown of posts scheduled for the selected week.
π List View β A chronological list of all scheduled, drafted, failed, or posted content.
9. Create a New Post from the Calendar
Click the + New Post button in the top-right corner to create a new post directly from the calendar.
