Create An Organization

Set up your organization in Kleo to manage social media channels, posts, analytics, and team members all in one place.

Creating an organization in Kleo is the first step to managing your social media workflow, team collaboration, and content scheduling. Follow these steps to set up and personalize your organization.

1. Access Organization Setup

  • After sign up, Kleo will prompt you to create an organization.

  • If you need to create an additional organization, navigate to left-side menu above Calendar.

2. Enter Organization Details

  • Upload an Image (optional) – Add a logo or brand image for easy identification.

  • Organization Name – Enter the name of your business, brand, or team.

  • Business Type – Select the category that best represents your organization (e.g., Local Small Business, Enterprise, Agency).

3. Customize Your Organization

  • Answer a few quick questions, such as:

    • πŸ‘€ Your role

    • πŸ” How you heard about Kleo

4. Set Up Payment & Billing

  • Choose your subscription plan (monthly or annual).

  • Select the number of social channels and team members your organization needs.

  • Billing is managed per organization, meaning each one has its own plan and payment setup.

  • Complete payment through Stripe, where you can manage invoices, update payment methods, and adjust your plan.

5. Analyze Your Brand

  • Kleo will prompt you to analyze your brand.

  • Enter your business URL to let Kleo analyze it.

  • Kleo will generate:

    • Voice and tone

    • Service locations

    • Customer preferences

    • Brand summary

  • Edit any information if needed.

  • Click Submit to finalize your brand analysis.

4. Finalize Organization Creation

  • Click Continue to complete the setup.

  • You’ll now be directed to your Kleo dashboard, where you can start connecting social channels, creating posts, and managing your team.


Each organization in Kleo operates independently, meaning billing, social accounts, and team members are managed separately for each one. You can create multiple organizations to separate brands, businesses, or clients within Kleo.
