Kleo provides a centralized billing dashboard where you can monitor subscription details, token consumption, and payment settings. Each organization has its own billing setup, allowing you to manage multiple accounts separately.
1. Access the Billing Page
Click the Settings tab in the left-side menu.
Navigate to the Billing tab to view your subscription details
2. View Your Organization’s Plan
Your active plan (e.g., Business Plan) will be displayed, including:
Status (Active, Free Trial).
Next billing date.
Plan pricing and renewal details.
Click Billing Portal to manage your subscription, view invoices, and update payment methods in Stripe.
3. Track Token Consumption
Kleo displays tokens consumed and remaining tokens for the current billing cycle.
Tokens reset automatically at the start of each cycle.
Click Reset Tokens if needed.
4. Manage Your Subscription
Click Billing Portal to view invoices and update payment methods.
Add or remove social media channels – Adjust the number of accounts as needed.
Manage team members – Add or remove additional team members ($5 per member.
Billing is per organization, meaning if you manage multiple organizations in Kleo, each one will have its own separate billing cycle and plan.
5. Make Plan Adjustments
Upgrade or downgrade your plan.
Switch to monthly or annual billing.
Cancel your subscription if needed.
