Your Kleo account is where you manage your profile, login credentials, and security settings. Keep your information up to date and ensure your account is secure by following these steps.
1. Access Your Account Settings
Click the Settings tab in the left-side menu.
Navigate to the Account tab to view and edit your profile details.
2. Update Your Profile Information
Change Profile Picture β Click on your avatar and upload a new image.
Edit Personal Details β Update your name, email address, and other relevant details.
π Note: Some fields, like your email, may require additional verification.
3. Change Your Password
Click Change Password to update your login credentials.
Enter your current password, followed by your new password.
Click Save Changes to confirm.
π Tip: Use a strong password with a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols for added security.
4. Manage Connected Accounts
View and manage third-party logins like Google, Apple, or Microsoft.
Disconnect Accounts β Click Remove next to any connected login method.
π Note: If you signed up using Google, Apple, or Microsoft, you may need to set a password before disconnecting.
5. Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Click Security Settings in your account panel.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security.
Choose between email verification or an authenticator app.
π Tip: 2FA helps prevent unauthorized access by requiring a secondary verification step.
6. Delete Your Account
ποΈ Click Delete Account if you wish to permanently remove your Kleo account.
β οΈ Warning: This action is irreversible and will delete all data, including posts, team access, and billing details.
