Manage Your Organization

Learn how to manage your organization, including updating your organization profile and handling membership settings.

Your organization in Kleo is the hub for your team, social media channels, and billing settings. Whether you need to update your organization profile, invite team members, or manage access, this guide will walk you through the process.

1. Access the Organization Settings

  • Click the Settings tab in the left-side menu.

  • Navigate to the Organizations tab to view your organization details

2. Update Your Organization Profile

  • Change Organization Name & Logo – Click Update Profile next to your organization name.

  • Modify organization details and upload a new profile image if needed.

4. Manage Membership & Roles

  • Click the Members tab to view all team members.

  • Invite New Members – Click Invite and enter their email. For more details, see Invite Members)

  • Assign Roles – Grant appropriate permissions to users.

πŸ“Œ Note: Members share the same social channels, brand voice, and billing within the Organization.

5. Leave or Delete an Organization

  • Leave Organization – Click Leave Organization to remove yourself from an Organization.

  • Delete Organization – If you are the admin, you can permanently delete the organization.

⚠️ Deleting an organization will remove all data, including posts, team members, and billing information.


Kleo’s organization settings give you full control over your profile, team, and settings. You can always update details, add or remove members, and manage your organization efficiently.
