Easily invite team members to Kleo to collaborate on social media content. Assign roles, manage access, and streamline your workflow—all in one place.
1. Access the Settings Page
Click the Settings tab in the left-side menu.
Alternatively, click Invite Members on the right-side menu to go directly to the team invitation page.
2. Find Your Team Members
In Settings, click Organization.
Under Organization, select Members
Your current team members will be listed under the Members tab.
3. Confirm and Send Invitations
A confirmation modal will appear. Click OK to proceed.
Kleo will send email invitations to the selected team members.
Click Finish to close the window.
4. Send Team Invitations
📩 Click Invite Members below the team member list.
✉️ Enter email addresses for each team member.
🚀 Click Send Invitations to invite them.
📌 Tip: You can paste multiple emails at once to invite multiple team members quickly.
Your team members will now receive an email to join Kleo.
⚠️ Important Notes
Shared Access: All team members in the same organization share posts, teammates, and Brand Voices.
Pricing: Each additional team member in the Business Plan costs $5 per month.
With team collaboration in Kleo, you can manage content together, assign tasks, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
